Primrose was formed in 2005 as a independent investment firm with the interests of investors and entrepreneurs  in mind.  That being said the company has always been entrepreneurial minded.  David Nelson, the founder, has been an entrepeneur since he was twelve years old.  He know's first hand what it takes to build a business from the ground up and make it succeed.  The company has a primary goal and an visionary way to obtain this goal.  The Primary goal is to fund entrepreneurs with unique and new ideas, which enhance the human condition, with the capital they need in order to succeed.  In order to fund this goal the firm is soliciting a limited number of private investors whom have the same gut type of desire to see ground breaking entrepreneurs succeed with the task of investing funds to meet that end.  But  Mr nelson has a unique way to isolate the primary investor from the risks of this type of investment, yet allow the investor to share in the windfalls when they happen.  The vision is  to invest primary funds into moderate risk endevor's within the realestate venue to keep the primary investors happy with return yet have the ability to direct some of the investment profits to start up entrepeneur's with high yield ideas and ventures.  This type of diversity will keep the primary funds as a catalyst, isolated from risk,  which will allow the companies vision to be realized.   Additionally this type of setup will allow investors to enjoy and share in the entrepeneur's profit margins when these start-ups do succeed.  In other words your investment dollars will only be at risk to the extent of normal buy/sell transactions within the realestate arena, and only profits will be used to fund venture capital type bets.  So when the venture capital bets pay off your initial investment funds will have a high yeild return added to the standard type of investment return you will already be realizing.
